Am I Eligible?

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is required for eligibility. Flex can confirm your eligibility for a LMN in the checkout and provide one if eligible. Flex's Telehealth is not available in some states such as LA, NM MS. Check with your HSA/FSA provider for alternative options.
